Refunds: Within 15 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to let me know what issues you might be having with your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available within 30 days after you have received your order for an item of equal or lesser value. Please contact me within that time with the reason for your exchange. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
